Biography
Narinder Sharma is an international advisor, speaker, and former senior UNICEF leader with more than 32 years of experience in international development, humanitarian assistance, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles across Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Canada, working with governments, United Nations agencies, donors, educational institutions, and community organizations.
His work has included leading humanitarian operations, strengthening international partnerships, supporting refugee and displacement responses, advancing education and child protection initiatives, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and providing strategic guidance in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
